    How much po ang DP kung 95sqm payable for 5 yrs? nag oofer ba kayo ng special disc rate?

      Hi Lyka, thanks for the inquiry. Below is the detailed computation for the 95 sq.m. lot at Puente Acuna:

      Lot Area: 95 sq.m.
      Lot Price: Php 3,300/sq.m.
      Total Contract Price (TCP): Php 313,500 (95 sq.m. x Php 3,300)

      Reservation Fee: Php 8,000
      Downpayment: Php 54,700 (20% of TCP less Reservation Fee, payable in 2 months from date of reservation)

      Remaining Balance (80% of TCP): Php 250,800
      Monthly Amortization for 5 Years Term: Php 6,926.82

    hi, jen tanong kulang bakit wala bahay dyan at lupa lang ang benta, walaba kayung house&lot mismo dyan , kc ako my nabile nako sainyo antay kunalang ang papers ko galing sainyo, kc gusto ko sana noon lupa at bahay na kasulang wala yata lupa lng talga..

It’s going to release details regarding brand new house and lot packages (two-storey designs with 3-4 bedrooms) good for 50 new lots. But existing lot owners can also avail of these new houses.       Hi Lyka, Block 17 Lot 1 is already sold. The available lots are the ones without dots. Yes, Puente Acuna can give 5% discount for cash payment (or if you can fully pay within 7 days). By the way, Puente Acuna will open 50 new lots for their house and lot packages (two-storey with 3-4 bedrooms) soon. Do you want to receive details via email?

      Hello Renalyn, as of now Puente Acuna sells lot only, but perhaps by first week of September we’ll get an update regarding house and lot packages. Here’s a sample lot only computation:

      Computation for a 157 sq m lot:

      157 x 3,500 = Php 549,500.00
      Cash (5% discount) = Php 522,025.00
      20% Down payment = Php 101,900.00 (payable in 60 days)

      Balance = Php 439,600.00
      1 year – Php 36,633.33 (zero interest)
      3 years – Php 20,985.65
      5 years – Php 15,176.59
      8 years – Php 12,920.46
      10 years – Php 12,115.43

    Good day! Ask ko lang yung tungkol sa Kyra1 na style ng bahay kung let say may lote na akong nabili na 95sqm, tapos papagawa ako ng bahay like Kyra1 ang presyo ba same pa din or yang Kyra1 nyo na presyo ay bahay lang yan?

    Ask lang po, kung pwedi house lang ipatatayo ko sa puente acuna, at model house na KAIRA 1, pwede po ba? may lot ako na nabili cash noong pang 2010 pero hanggang ngaun hindi pa nabigyan ng titulo ng may ari ng puente acuna at lahat ng binibenta nilang lote dyan ay wala pang mga available titulo.Paano kaya maitayo ang bahay dyan na walang titulo at hindi mabigyan ng building permit para maitayo?

      Hello Raul, thank you for the inquiry. Lot titles of Puente Acuna are expected to be released this month of December 2013. Yes you can purchase a Kyra 1 house and have it constructed in your own lot. Just choose which financing (Bank or Pag-ibig Fund) you want to avail and we’ll process it for you. You can now send your reservation fee for your house and we’ll start the processing right away.

    Full paid na po kami sa lot namin sa Puente Acuna.
    Ung lot namin eh Phase 3 Lot 16, yong sa dulo malapit sa Bantolinao Creek. Saka ang sabi Phase 1 & Phase 2 lang daw meron, eh ano po tawag sa #3. Pa reply naman po. Maraming Salamat.

      Yes, fully-paid clients in phase 2 can have their lot titles. Please visit the office or contact your agent so you can be guided on how to secure your lot title.

        Hello Jen. I am an OFW so I wont be able to process any documentations needed to secure our lot title. Sorry ha..but can you please let me know what are the requirements to do so. Please refresh my memory..do i need to submit photos, birth certificate and TIN? So how could I get a TIN if I’m outside the country.

      Hello Arlene, since you’re a lot owner we believe your submitted documents are already complete. So, just pay the developer your titling fee and they’ll process the title for you. Please request any family member or your real estate agent here to assist you.

      Hello Gina. Thank you for the follow up. House construction for Sabrina 1 will start after full downpayment and notice of approval from bank or Pag-ibig Fund. You can move in to your new house after construction has been completed. By the way, there’s a new Sabrina house being built right now, do you want to see it?
