Overview

Finley is one of the biggest homes we’ve had the chance to build, and for this project, every detail of the floor plan was followed exactly—no revisions at all. With a 126 sqm floor area and 26 sqm of auxiliary space, it fits comfortably on a 150 sqm lot while offering plenty of room for a growing family.

Inside, it features four bedrooms, a welcoming living and dining area, a kitchen with granite countertops and cabinets, three bathrooms, plus a porch, lanai, balcony, family lounge, and service area. For this build, the owner chose not to include a fence and gate, keeping the exterior open and spacious.

Challenge

Building the Finley home took two teams of workers, one after the other, to ensure solid workmanship and consistent quality. Although it was scheduled for an eight-month timeline, we managed to finish ahead of schedule. The owner was working abroad and planned to use this as a vacation home, so regular on-site visits weren’t possible. To keep them fully updated, we sent photos consistently throughout the build.

Since the project was financed through progress billing, funds were released only after each construction phase was completed, which motivated us to stay efficient and organized. The design had a classic touch, and our team had the skills to bring that style to life with precision. With a generous 250 sqm lot, we also had plenty of space to work with and execute the build exactly as planned.

Solution

We built this house from the ground up, with our licensed Civil Engineer onsite every day to monitor the work and make sure everything stayed on track. From the structure to the finishing touches, every step was closely managed to maintain quality. We installed solid wood doors, built-in cabinets, stainless steel handrails for the stairs and balcony, and even added a bathtub in the master bedroom’s bathroom for a more relaxing feel.

The home follows our standard high-ceiling design, complete with well-planned lighting to make the space brighter and more open. All the rooms are standard-sized and come with provisions for air conditioning, giving the owners flexibility and comfort once they move in.
